Bourton’s Music School in Bargoed is the original Music School established in 2013 by Chris Bourton. The School undertook its first lessons in Chris’ parents’ front room in Pontllanfraith and Siloh Presbyterian Church, moving to its present location in 2017. The High Street premises operates over two floors with two teaching rooms and a waiting area for parents. In August 2020 we opened a Music Shop in the Bargoed School where we sell new and used guitars, accessories, music books and vinyl records! Bargoed High Street has a variety of independent traders, larger High Street names and a broad array of food and drink outlets! We enjoy a close and effective relationship with our landlords on the opposite side of the High Street at Fooks & Co Accountants and Business Advisors, who are also our accountants!
