Providing our customers with live performance opportunities is a central part of our service.  Although we offer extensive support for learners to sit exams, and encourage them to do so, we disagree with the traditional and outdated approach to music teaching that focuses solely on passing exams.  The opportunities that we provide with regards to live performance are varied and include concerts/gigs in chapels, churches, community centres, pubs and clubs.

We provide bespoke and tailored support for those seeking to take advantage of the performance opportunities we provide.  In addition to 1-1 lessons where concert and gig repertoire is taught, we also offer extensive performance guidance and support where customers benefit from advice and direction from experienced performers.  This support encapsulates a wide array of musical genres, thus performance support is provided by a range of teachers, from professional opera singers and accompanists, to highly experienced gigging guitarists, songwriters and music theatre performers.

The live performance opportunities we provide is a highly regarded part our wider service and we have a proven track record of supporting both children and adults in becoming confident performers.  On countless occasions, we have witnessed the benefits live performance brings to learners in terms of enjoyment, confidence, self-esteem and a passion for music.

The cost of the additional support for live performance preparation can vary considerably depending on your requirements and needs.  This part of the service we offer is therefore costed on bespoke basis depending on the requirements and needs of the individual concerned.  We aim to keep our costs to a minimum, whilst maintaining our reputation for excellence.
